Why wait to get through to an assistant on the phone and accept a certain proposed time for your visit?
We are pleased to offer ONLINE appointment bookings. This service, while not new, is done now in a new and improved way.
The appointments booked online are standardized to 10 minutes. This could be extended, at the discretion of the physician.

Please note that the following type of appointments are currently NOT available to book online: complete physical examinations, complex care plans,  biopsies and similar minor procedures, Nexplanon insertions, completion of forms, other appointments that may require longer than 10 minutes. Please call our front desk at 250-452-6742 to discuss further your need for a special visit, as these require additional instructions from our MOAs.

Online booking is only available for registered patients at this clinic. New patients cannot book appointments online.

We believe that proper medicine requires a thorough in-person assessment. For selected cases and situations however, we are able to offer PHONE (Telemedicine)  visits. The availability of these types of visits depends on each physician.
In order to access this form of assessment we request you have an updated electronic communications agreement form signed.
Please address these as soon as possible, to facilitate off-site communication.
